Your role  

You will be responsible for managing and monitoring sales for the top National and E-Retail accounts, whilst maintaining long-term relationships.

Working closely with the COO to build, negotiate and agree annual terms of agreements and contribute to quarterly reviews. You will be included in developing the e-retail strategy whilst considering the B2B channels.

You will develop promotional plans, including negotiating funding or brand support. You will work closely with internal teams including marketing and education.

You will analyse data and gain market intel to further drive customer service efficiencies and build business cases to influence implementation.

You will be focused on the detail and ensure that you are compliant with regulatory requirements.

Skills and experience required  

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing key accounts. E-Retail account management experience is essential.

Driven salesperson with a proven background in negotiating and influencing.

Ability to understand data and present this to senior stakeholders.

Your role  

You will be responsible for account managing key injectable suppliers whilst building and maintaining long-term relationships.

As Clinic Manager, you will coordinate a small team of 9 and ensure that every patient journey is second-to-none.

You will provide a warm welcome to patients, and support them throughout their time at the clinic. You will deal with enquiries and bookings, and ensure that communication is of the highest standard at all times.

Dealing with administration, you will take bookings and payments, and maintain clinic records. You will manage the practitioner diaries to ensure accuracy of bookings, and maintain prompt communication so the team are kept up-to-date.

You will oversee the daily running and maintenance of the clinic. You will assist with maintaining standards for regulation, clinic upkeep and stock take, dealing with suppliers and ordering, and any ad hoc duties that arise.

You will develop your knowledge of the clinic’s treatments and industry trends, and make yourself familiar with the clinic’s clientele, so as to best promote the clinic’s offering, and develop marketing initiatives.

Skills and experience required
