Your role

You will hold consultations with patients, to discuss what they are looking to achieve and to assess their suitability for treatment.

You will perform a range of advanced injectable treatments, and provide aftercare advice. You will also provide an excellent standard of patient care, and contribute towards clinic targets.

You will need to live within a commutable distance to London.  

Your role 

This is an exciting opportunity to promote and sell a portfolio of aesthetic skincare products into the aesthetic market. Your target audience will be aestheticians, dermatologists, clinic partners and other key stakeholders.

You will be responsible for forecasting and analysing sales figures and producing reports that will inform sales strategy. You will track team and individual KPIs and check that the CRM systems are used efficiently and accurately to log sales activity.

You will represent the company at conferences and events and will build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. You will also stay ahead of industry trends and monitor competitor activity, ensuring that your brand retains its market-leading position.

Skills and experience required

It is essential that you have sales management experience, with a record of success. You must also be able to demonstrate that you are an inspiring leader with strong team management skills.

In brief, you will have:

  • At least three years of sales management experience
  • The ability to drive results by inspiring and coaching others
  • B2B sales experience, ideally gained in aesthetic medicine, or a similar industry
  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills
