Global Marketing Manager, based in London for a leading global medical aesthetics brand.

Our client, a leading global medical aesthetics brand, is looking for an experienced marketing professional to join the Global Marketing team as Global Marketing Manager. 

Your role

Reporting to, and working closely with the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing international marketing strategies and campaigns, customer acquisition and revenue growth across diverse global markets.

You’ll be responsible for creating and executing the global brand strategies in the B2B and B2B2C space of their aesthetic injectable brand.

Whilst leading the highly talented Global Brand Team you’ll be ensuring the company develops and delivers the annual Global Brand Plan and strategic framework.

This role will be working closely with internal departments, such as R&D and sales to ensure both short- and long-term plans are created, tracked for effectiveness, and adjusted where needed to deliver company goals.

You’ll be responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing and training tools across global and local teams.

Externally, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external agencies, as well as KOLs.

You’ll need to gather company and competitor insights to enable the success of campaigns and be able to deliver counter-competitive strategies.

You will have responsibility for supporting financial forecasts and developing metrics to ensure campaign success.

The skills and experience required 

You will be an experienced marketing professional with a proven background in delivering global strategic plans across diverse markets.

You will be degree educated, in business or medical field, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a global role within medical aesthetics, pharma, optical or similar. 

You’ll need to be an experienced leader of people with the ability to manage globally.

They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their expanding UK sales team covering the East (East Anglia, Essex, East Midlands).

The role:

  • As Area Sales Manager covering the East, you will not only sell, but educate medical professionals on a cutting-edge range of facial aesthetic products to medical professionals including doctors, dermatologists and surgeons.
  • This is a B2B field sales role, selling a varied portfolio of facial aesthetic products including injectables, skin boosters and clinic grade skincare
  • You will receive plentiful leads and have a healthy database of companies to approach, and must possess a driven sales acumen to find your own business & be proactive to follow up leads

Requirements:

  • Due to the nature of the role and the client base you will service, you must have a good understanding of anatomy and experience working within Medical Aesthetics to be considered
  • Experience working for a supplier of aesthetic injectables highly regarded

Your role

Your role will be to promote and sell facial aesthetics and dermatology products to clinics, hospitals, dental practices and independent practitioners; winning new business in your region, and increasing sales from current clients.

You will use your knowledge of the industry and your extensive sales experience to hit sales targets, and use your relationship building and customer service skills to retain and develop existing accounts.

As account manager for your clients, you will provide education and support on product use and patient management, and will coordinate training days to ensure that product training is delivered successfully.

You will be based out in the field and will attend trade shows and exhibitions with your team.

Your role 

You will perform a range of treatments, and you will provide an excellent standard of customer care. As a senior member of the team, you will also assist the Clinic Director and help support your fellow practitioners.  

Treatments performed by the aestheticians include device-led skin rejuvenation, tattoo and hair removal, micro-needling, microdermabrasion, skin peels and body sculpting. You will consult with patients to ensure treatments are suitable and in line with what patients wish to achieve, and you will give aftercare advice. 

Though your team will be working towards clinic targets, the Clinic Director places emphasis on patient care and treatment results over sales, so patient satisfaction will be your most important goal.
