A highly regarded independent aesthetics practice in is now looking for a Patient Coordinator to join their team.   

Your role 

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, your key duty will be to ensure that patients receive an excellent standard of customer service throughout their patient journey.  

You will develop your knowledge of the clinic’s treatments and learn the needs and wants of the clinic’s patients, to help provide the highest level of customer service. You will adhere to clinic processes and protocols, and you will assist with day-to-day clinic duties as required, so the clinic runs smoothly at all times. 

You will be required to open and close the clinic, ensuring that the end of day banking is completed. This role will include consumable and product ordering.

Skills and experience required 

We are looking for a great communicator who excels at customer service and organisation. You will be an approachable person with a warm, outgoing personality, but also a high level of professionalism and maturity.  

You will be someone with a strong interest in the aesthetic medicine industry and be confident to offer general advice to patients. You must have experience of working in a similar customer-facing role.

Preferred working days in clinic will be Tuesday to Saturday each week. Flexibility will be required.
