One of the UK’s leading private healthcare clinics is looking for a well-organized and highly motivated leader to manage the opening of new clinics across the UK. 

This role will require you to be based in and around the Surrey area with travel across the UK.

Your Role

You will be responsible for identifying key locations and properties for new clinics.

The role will require you to project manage the opening, budgets, and timelines.

You will need to implement quality assurance processes. 

Recruitment, on-boarding, and training for each new clinic.

This role requires you to work closely with new clinic staff to ensure stock and equipment are ready for opening.

Collaboration with management and internal departments to ensure clinic openings align with company goals and objectives.

You’ll be influential in management decisions to ensure the success of this expansion.

Leadership experience required, preferably within healthcare/medical.

Confident in understanding healthcare compliance and regulations.

A strong communicator, with an ability to negotiate.

Focused on detail with a real drive for quality and excellence.
