A prestigious aesthetics and skincare practice in London is looking to hire an experienced and talented Clinic Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business headed up by a highly regarded Medical Director.

Your role

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided for patients, whilst driving business and improving staff performance.

You will manage the clinic team, motivating and coaching the team to hit targets, provide an excellent service, and meet all necessary standards and protocols. You will ensure that treatments provided are of a consistently high standard, and that customers receive an exceptional level of customer service.

You will oversee every aspect of the day-to-day clinic operations, dealing with clinic suppliers and external agencies, ensuring that clinic records are accurate and up-to-date, and managing customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

You should be aware of clinic regulations and the CQC, and you will make sure that health and safety policies are met and hygiene standards are maintained.

You will assess revenues and performance and produce management reports, and you will use your commercial acumen to devise strategies to boost performance and profitability.

You will stay ahead of industry trends, and will use your in-depth knowledge of the sector to ensure that the clinic’s strategies are in line with the latest market developments.

Skills and experience required

We are looking for a manager who can demonstrate their experience and skill in managing staff, customer service, and sales, gained within a private medical environment. You will need to be commercially astute, have knowledge of the CQC, and have good knowledge of non-surgical aesthetic procedures, and private healthcare services.

You will:

  • Have experience of managing business operations in the private medical industry
  • Have experience of managing a team of clinicians and administrative staff
  • Have a successful track record in coaching a team to achieve targets
