A highly rated, doctor-led aesthetics clinic in London is now looking for a Clinic Coordinator to join their team.

The experienced Medical Director is known for her treatment expertise, and this small but successful clinic has developed a loyal patient list over a number of years.

Your role

You will assist with general operational duties such as opening and closing the clinic, dealing with suppliers, and ensuring that the treatment rooms and reception area are maintained to a high standard.

You will greet patients on arrival, and deal with enquiries over the phone and via email. You will advise clients on treatments and services, and look after patients at the clinic to ensure they have a smooth patient journey.

You will take bookings and payments, maintain clinic and patient records, and you ensure that the diaries of the practitioners are managed efficiently.

Skills and experience required

You must have experience of working in a similar high-end environment, and have excellent customer service and administrative skills. You should also have a good understanding of aesthetic treatments.
