Our client, a leading supplier of medical grade skincare products, is looking for a Account Manager to manage new and existing clients across Sussex, Kent and Essex.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sales professional to work with premium professional brands and grow a client base of aesthetic skincare clinics, med spas, and luxe beauty salons.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your role is to convert leads into new business, to provide an excellent standard of customer service to your portfolio of clients, and deliver business growth within your territory.
You will identify potential new accounts, book sales meetings, demonstrate the product range, and win new business. You will build strong relationships with new clients and provide support, assisting with any queries that arise and arranging training. You will look for opportunities to develop existing accounts, and you will retain accounts using your excellent customer service skills.
You will keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform your strategy, provide reports to management on your sales forecasting and progress, and work to meet or exceed KPIs and targets. You will also represent the brand at trade shows and assist with PR and marketing opportunities.
The skills and experience required
You must have B2B sales experience gained in aesthetics, beauty or professional skincare. Experience of working with medical skincare and aesthetic devices will give you a distinct advantage.
You will need to be an energetic, self-motivated individual who excels at working independently. You will have a passion for skincare, you will have the communication skills to engage and persuade, you will be adaptable to changing workloads, and able to travel on a regular basis.
It is essential that you can demonstrate your in-depth knowledge of professional skincare, as you will be helping customers to incorporate the products into their treatment and retail menus.
