Our client, a supplier of an innovative portfolio of medical aesthetic skincare and wellness products, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based in the Midlands.
Your role
You will be responsible for developing and leading the Digital Marketing campaigns to increase brand presence and increase sales.
Using your extensive digital marketing experience, you will:
- Develop and implement an effective digital marketing strategy
- Manage e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce
- Manage social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Develop methods and measurements to boost the brand profile, increase engagement, and grow website traffic and social media followers
- Manage paid advertising
- Execute the content marketing strategy via blogs, SEO and mailshots
- Track, analyse, and report on campaigns to assess progress and ROI
- Provide training, support, and line management to a Social Media Assistant
- Monitor digital and aesthetics industry trends, to stay in line with innovations and developments
- Work closely with internal teams to support company initiatives
The skills and qualifications required
To be considered for this role you must experience in digital marketing, preferably gained from a relevant industry (e.g. medical aesthetics, healthcare, beauty).
You must have the skills and confidence needed to directly line manage.
You will have excellent communication skills, be a creative thinker, and have strong attention to detail. You must be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and/or hold marketing qualifications.
This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work from the company office just outside of Birmingham three days per week.
