An esteemed, doctor-led aesthetics clinic on Harley Street is now looking for a Clinic Coordinator to join their team.

About the role

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and superb interpersonal skills. This role would be ideally suited to someone who has previously worked in a clinic and is a real people person – you’ll create the first impression for all prospective patients, whether in person or on the phone.

Duties

Answering phone and email enquiry – converting new enquiries into bookings.

Diary management for the clinic – booking appointments for existing and new patients and driving product sales.

Manage the daily running of the clinic from set up, to taking payments, general administrative duties and stock management.

Assist with the running of clinic social media accounts working alongside the social media team.

What we are looking for

A smart, polished addition to a fast-growing clinic. Organised, flexible and able to deliver a first-class customer service experience for our patients. Personable, positive and warm individual who works well in a team and has a can-do attitude.

Essential skills

Experience in Customer Service essential.

Previous clinic experience desired.

Proven sales experience.

A natural customer focus with excellent communication skills.

The ability to prioritise and organise your workload.

Excel, word and previous diary management essential.

An understanding of social media

Hours

This is a Monday to Friday position – no weekends
