Skincare Training Manager
Our client, a long-established international company that supplies highly regarded skincare products, is looking for a Training Manager to join the UK team.
Your role
As Training Manager, you will lead on the development and implementation of a leading skincare brand’s training strategy.
You will use your in-depth knowledge of skincare and experience of delivering first-class training programmes to create effective training plans for clients and staff members, including dermatologists, aesthetic practitioners, and retail staff. You will deliver the training programmes both online and in store.
You will create and revise tools and materials, produce digital content, organise events, and manage budgets. You will also monitor training and assess results, to inform and improve the training strategy.
You will spend the majority of your time working remotely or at the company’s head office in East London, but you will also spend time visiting the brand’s flagship locations to deliver training, and accompany account managers at events.

Skills and experience required
We are looking for an experienced brand trainer with a passion for the science of skincare. You must have experience of working in a similar role for a skincare or cosmeceutical brand.
You will be a skilled communicator and confident presenter, and you will have the creativity and scientific understanding necessary to create accurate and effective training materials.
You must also have the administration and analysis skills needed to successfully coordinate events, produce reports, and manage budgets.
