Sales Team Manager


A market-leading supplier of aesthetic devices is now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the team across the UK.

Your role


As the office-based Sales Manager, you will manage and motivate a team of field-based sales reps to boost new business and develop existing accounts.

You will ensure that your team are clear on performance expectations, and compliance and company protocols. You will hold team and individual meetings, assessing needs and KPIs on a regular basis and addressing any performance issues.

You will oversee recruitment of new team members, manage their training and development, and help to coach and motivate your direct reports. You will provide guidance on sales techniques, customer segmentation and market analysis, relationship building, and customer service.

You will be responsible for analysing sales figures and reporting to senior management on performance, to inform sales strategy. You will track team and individual KPIs and check that the CRM systems are used efficiently and accurately to log sales activity, track opportunities, and segment customers.

You will monitor processes, ensuring that your team is operating efficiently and within company guidelines. You will also provide support for your team, using your expertise and experience to help boost performance and morale.

You will represent the company at conferences and events and will build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. You will also stay ahead of industry trends and monitor competitor activity, ensuring that your brand retains its market-leading position.


Skills and experience required

You must be able to demonstrate that you are an inspiring leader with strong team management skills.

In brief, you will have:

  • At least two years of experience managing a sales team
  • The ability to drive results by inspiring and coaching others
  • B2B sales experience, ideally gained in the aesthetics or beauty industry
  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills
