Our client, a prestigious cosmetic surgery and aesthetics practice in central London is looking for a Receptionist to join their team.

Your role

Your role will be to greet clients and to ensure that they all receive a warm welcome and have a flawless patient journey from start to finish. You will also be tasked with clinic administration, maintaining patient documentation and communication accurately and efficiently.

In return, you will become part of a friendly team at a renowned clinic, and you will receive a good basic salary, working Monday to Friday only.

Skills and experience required

We are looking for someone who is friendly, polite and articulate, and someone who has a passion for skincare and aesthetic medicine. This is a busy clinic with a fantastic reputation, so you will also need to be organised and efficient, and highly professional.

You must be committed to providing excellent customer service, understand the importance of discretion, and have a positive attitude.

You must also be computer literate and have immaculate written and spoken English. Prior experience of working in an aesthetics clinic or high-end spa will provide a distinct advantage.
