Patient Liaison Team Leader

Our client, a highly regarded private surgical clinic in central London, is looking for a Clinic Manager to join their team.

Your role

This is a multi-faceted role, involving team management, business development, and face-to-face consultations with potential patients.

Team management:

  • You will oversee the work of a small team of patient advisors, ensuring that they provide an excellent standard of customer service, and adhere to all guidelines and clinic protocols.
  • You will oversee patient administration, ensuring that medical reports and diagnostics are collected and sent to the correct personnel, and that records are accurate and up-to-date at all times. You will ensure consultant diaries are managed efficiently, and you will help streamline admin processes.

Patient Liaison:

  • You will spend time with potential patients discussing procedures, options and costs, with the aim to convert enquiries into booked consultations. You will follow up after consultations, keeping in touch with clients. You will also assist with patient care, acting as a chaperone, and providing an excellent level of customer service for all patients.

Business Development:

  • You will play an active part in the development of the business, as you will seek to build relationships with new consultants, and develop the relationship with existing surgical partners.
  • You will also help develop new ideas for promoting the clinic’s services, and you will research the market to stay informed of treatment trends and competitor activity.

This is a newly created position, reporting to senior management. You will have the opportunity to make the role your own, but you must have the skills and experience to step into a cosmetic surgery management role.

To be successful in your application, you must have:

  • Experience dealing with cosmetic surgery, aesthetics or private healthcare patients
  • Experience supervising the work of others
  • Knowledge of surgical procedures, including cosmetic and weight-loss surgery
  • The confidence to deal with high-profile surgical consultants
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen

If you meet all of the above requirements, our client would like to know more about you. Apply with your CV and a covering letter below.
