The Company

The brand is a leading Private Clinic based in the heart of all things medical on the highly prestigious Harley Street. They are specialists in what they do and make sure the patients’ safety and care is at the core of everything. They have been highly successful with world renowned results on their journey so far. They are now looking for a proactive Relationship Manager to work within their Patient Relationship Division.

The Role

The role will require you to work in a fast-paced clinic where your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with both existing and new clients alike. Hard work, tenacity and a determination to succeed are key as well as the willingness to develop and learn as part of a highly supportive team. Your responsibilities include:
  • Managing a portfolio of clients both existing and new
  • Undertake initial consultations with clients to assess their requirements and providing recommendations for treatments
  • Liaise with surgeons and consultants
  • Manage surgical and consultation bookings
  • CRM management
  • Taking ownership for meeting individual and team targets
  • Developing knowledge and understanding of Vitreo-Retinal procedures (full training will be provided)

The Requirements

This is a hands-on relationship manager role with responsibility for building and maintaining client relationships. You’ll need to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair as you will manage your own time and client base, building your brand within the clinic.
You’ll need to be a customer-facing professional with proven experience of meeting targets, proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and a CRM database as well as outstanding writing skills and ideally a minimum of 2 years’ sales experience.
