Office Administrator


A market leading supplier of medical technology are in search for an Office Administrator to join their London team.

Your role

The role requires you to be a first point of contact for customers regarding any after sales service queries.

General clerical duties will include filling, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.

You will use your interpersonal skills when liaising with other members of staff and have use your organisational skills to manage rotas effectively.

You will also provide occasional secretarial support to the managing director.

Skills and experience required

You must be a bright spark, who can adapt to playing an integral part in the customer service and organisational strength of the company.

Essential requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working within an office environment
  • Accounting skills would be preferred as you will be invoicing
  • Able to perform administrative duties independently
  • Experience working within the aesthetic equipment industry will be advantageous
