Marketing Coordinator - Aesthetic Devices
Our client, an industry-leading provider of energy-based aesthetic devices, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator.
Your role
Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will assist with the development and implementation of the marketing and PR strategy, across all platforms.
You will oversee marketing operations across all channels, you will manage budgets, and you will assess data and statistics, analysing the effectiveness of each activity or campaign to inform future initiatives, with the aim of generating good sales leads.
You will help create digital content and produce marketing materials, and you will help manage the company’s social media channels. You will follow the brand marketing plan, ensuring that marketing initiatives are rolled out in a timely manner, and you will complete administrative tasks for the Marketing Director as required.
You will also assist with events and lead generation, helping to organise webinars, and conferences and exhibitions.

The skills and qualifications required
To be considered for this role you must have at least five years of experience working on marketing campaigns, and at least two years of experience running marketing operations in the medical aesthetics, healthcare, or beauty industry.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a creative thinker, and have strong attention to detail. You must be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and/or hold marketing qualifications.
You must be proactive and organised as you will work remotely, and be a flexible multi-tasker who is able to manage a variety of marketing tasks.
Please note that while you will work remotely, you will also need to travel to the company’s head office and meet the Marketing Director on a regular basis, so you will need to be based in the South West, West Midlands, or Wales for this to be feasible.
