Front of House

Our client, an exclusive and luxurious medi-spa in central London, is now looking for a receptionist with excellent customer service skills to work front-of-house.

Your role

You will provide the highest level of customer service to ensure that every patient journey is a positive experience from start to finish.You will answer telephone and email enquiries, meet and greet patients, book and cancel treatments, and handle patient requests and complaints.

You will also deal with all administration promptly and accurately, and will contribute to team sales targets.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a medi-spa team in one of London’s most exclusive locations.

Skills and experience required

This is a busy clinic with a high-end clientele, so we are looking for a receptionist with previous experience of providing top-level customer service in a five-star environment, such as a hotel, spa, or private clinic.

You will need to be organised and efficient when dealing with patient administration and communication, and highly professional at all times.

You must be committed to providing excellent customer service, understand the importance of discretion, and have a positive attitude.

You must also be a team player, and be immaculately presented at all times.
