Event Coordinator


Our client, a market-leading supplier of innovative aesthetic dermatology products, is looking for an events organiser to help organise trade shows, conferences and training workshops.

Your role

You will coordinate product training workshops for clients, and organise trade shows and conferences, in the UK and occasionally abroad.

You will book venues and confirm the availability of trainers and KOLs, collate training or event materials, order stock and materials required, and maintain client communication, helping to answer enquiries from attendees.

You will deal with administration for events, raising purchase orders, recording attendance, collating feedback from delegates, and compiling reports. You will monitor the stock level of marketing materials, re-ordering items when needed, and checking pricing and delivery options.

You will also provide on-site support and customer service, greeting delegates and providing company/product information where required.


Skills and experience required


You will be considered for this role if you have experience of event management, organising training programmes, or another comparable role.

You must be a skilled communicator who can provide a high level of customer service to medical professionals, and cooperate efficiently with internal departments. You must have strong administrative and organisational skills, and be a problem solver.
