Digital Marketing Manager

Our client, an acclaimed cosmetic clinic, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team.

Your role

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented digital marketing professional. You will be the sole person performing in-house marketing duties for the clinic, but you will work closely with the senior management team to inform marketing strategy.

You will use your skills to create and track the effectiveness of the clinic's digital content and marketing campaigns, to facilitate new client acquisition and increase patient retention.

One of your primary responsibilities is to create engaging and relevant content, writing blog articles and content for the clinic’s website and email newsletters, and producing content for social media channels.

You will also monitor analytics to assess engagement and ROI. You will focus on engaging new clients in relevant locations, create digital content and campaigns that are relevant to the clinic’s target market, and you will ensure that the brand identity is represented consistently at all times.

You will liaise with external suppliers where necessary, and monitor the standard of work that they deliver, ensuring that it is in-line with the marketing plan and brand guidelines.

You will also help to organise and run PR events at the clinic, and other promotional opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and implement relevant and effective digital marketing campaigns
  • Create engaging content for the clinic’s website, email marketing and social media
  • Liaise with external agencies and suppliers when required
  • Evaluate data to inform future campaigns
  • Create and oversee PR activities/events for the clinic
  • Keep up-to-date with industry news and trends to inform clinic campaigns

The skills and qualifications required

You should have at least three years of experience producing digital content and managing campaigns in aesthetic medicine or other private healthcare clinics, or for the beauty, spa or luxury goods sectors.
You should have a portfolio of blog articles or editorial features that you have written, and examples of your work managing social media channels such as Instagram.

You should have experience of planning and tracking the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, and have good working knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.

You will be a creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, a good work ethic and high energy levels. You must have the confidence to work independently and manage projects. You must also have good knowledge of, and a strong interest in, aesthetics and skincare.
