Clinic Sales Manager

A highly regarded London clinic specialising in cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medical procedures is now looking to recruit a Sales Manager to manage the team of patient coordinators.

Your role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a team of patient coordinators who convert patient enquiries into consultations, for both surgical and non-surgical procedures. It will be your responsibility to drive business by successfully monitoring, managing and motivating your team to achieve sales targets.

Your team will be dealing with inbound sales enquiries, confidently advising patients of the procedures available, providing information on treatments and their benefits, and converting these enquiries into diarised bookings. You will use your sales and customer service skills to train, encourage, and improve performance form your team, and to ensure that the clinic’s protocols are adhered to at all times. You will also be responsible to the recruitment and induction of new team members.

Taking responsibility for the clinic’s sales department, you will create and implement a strategic business plan, measure performance, and produce regular reports to inform the senior management team of your department’s progress. You will use your statistical data to produce forecasts, set KPIs, and to identify issues and opportunities.

You will also stay abreast of market developments, keeping in touch with the competition, and with new product and treatment innovations, to inform your strategy.

The skills and experience required

We are looking for an inspiring leader who uses their people management and sales coaching skills combined with their business acumen and sales experience to drive teams to succeed and continually improve their performance.

It is essential that you have at least five years of experience managing and coaching sales teams, and you can demonstrate your success in leading teams to meet and exceed targets.

You must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and have the business acumen needed to manage sales strategies and achieve given targets.

Ideally, you will have previous experience of the cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine industry, but you must at least have a good understanding of cosmetic procedures, and a strong interest in the sector. You must have experience of working in a high-end industry where confidentiality and five-star customer service are key.
