Clinic Manager


Our client, a highly regarded clinic specialising in hormone replacement therapies, is looking to hire a dynamic Clinic Manager for their industry-leading practice in London.

Your role

You will help the company deliver clinical excellence, maintain the high standard of patient service and boost staff performance.

Team management:

You will manage the clinical and non-clinical teams, coordinating efforts and communication between departments to ensure that the level of service remains consistently high. You will oversee staff development, ensuring that staff members are fully equipped with the skills and learning needed to perform their roles. You will monitor staff performance, providing feedback, guidance, and motivation. You will also assess where performance is not adequate, and deal with any disciplinary processes.

Customer Service management:

You will coach and encourage the team to deliver an excellent standard of customer service to ensure that the clinic excels on patient experience. You will oversee patient contact both in clinic and via email and phone. You will deal with any patient queries or complaints that occur, and you will oversee patient communication from your team, so patients are kept up-to-date and receive accurate and timely information on services and bookings.

Operational management:

You will ensure that the clinic facilities, and treatments and services, all meet regulatory guidelines and company protocols. Managing processes, you will assess current practices and performance and ensure that staff, facilities and equipment are being utilised efficiently, implementing new methods where necessary. This is a tranquil, elegant clinic and it will also be your responsibility to ensure that the environment is maintained to a high standard, so patients are comfortable and at ease.


Skills and experience required

We are looking for someone who is mature, professional, and an inspiring leader. You will add an air of calm to a busy working environment, and you will be a skilled communicator and a team player who has the desire to make a positive difference to patient experience.

You must have experience of managing teams and facilities in a premium, private medical clinic. You should have good knowledge of the CQC and clinical standards.
