Clinic Administrator


A highly regarded cosmetic surgery and aesthetics practice in Central London is now looking for a Clinic Administrator to join their team.

Your role

Your primary responsibility will be to support the Managing Director, assisting with business administration and general maintenance of the clinic facilities.

You will manage all administrative procedures, deal with telephone enquiries, maintain office supplies and equipment, and deal with office diaries and travel bookings.

Your main duties include:
  • Being the first point of contact for telephone enquiries and mail received at the office
  • Maintaining the office calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Assisting the Director with research, project work, and travel booking
  • Preparing materials for trade shows and meetings
  • Managing the filing of all company documentation
  • Preparing documentation for customers and colleagues
  • Maintaining office policies, including health and safety procedures
  • Being the main contact for office issues related to IT equipment, phones and office supplies

Skills and experience required

To be successful in your application, you should have at least two years of experience in a similar role managing a busy office. You must be able to demonstrate your excellent administrative skills and immaculate written English. Experience of the cosmetic surgery or aesthetic medicine industry will provide a distinct advantage.
