Sales Manager - Advanced Skincare


An exciting new vacancy for 2020

A supplier of advanced skincare products is now looking for a talented and ambitious sales manager to join their growing team and develop business in the UK aesthetic medicine market.

Your role

Your role will be to promote and sell a range of skin and wellness products to clinics and medi-spas in key areas of the UK, to aesthetic practitioners and business owners, winning new business and providing an excellent standard of customer support so you retain clients and create opportunities for further business development.

Your portfolio will include a unique product that is relatively new to the aesthetics market but is rapidly growing in popularity and being taken on by exclusive, high-end clinics for its remarkable results. The product portfolio also includes other skincare and wellness products that are designed to integrate with a clinic’s treatment offering, with both professional and retail products available for in-clinic and aftercare.

You will use your knowledge of the industry and your sales skills to identify opportunities and increase sales, and you will use your relationship-building and customer service skills to retain and develop accounts. You will provide education and support, training customers on the usage of products. As well as advising on the practical applications, you will use your commercial acumen and knowledge of the industry to advise clients on how to promote the products and treatments and gain positive customer feedback.

You will be based from home and will spend much of your week meeting with clients and looking for new opportunities, but will report regularly to senior management and will attend company meetings as required. You will also attend trade shows and exhibitions with your team, and you will work closely with the management team to devise and launch new marketing initiatives.

The skills and experience you will need for this role

You will have business-to-business sales experience, with a proven record of success, gained from the aesthetics or skincare industry.

You will have superb communication and presentation skills, and excel at account management and direct sales. You will also have a warm personality and be skilled at relationship building, as you will need to understand your customers’ needs and develop close working relationships.

Experience selling aesthetic skincare products and an existing network of industry contacts will provide a distinct advantage.
