Clinic Manager


A prestigious skincare clinic in London is now looking to hire an experienced and talented Clinic Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business headed by a highly regarded Director.

Your role

You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided for patients, whilst driving sales and improving staff performance.

You will manage a team, recruiting, training, and motivating your direct reports to provide an excellent service, and meet all necessary standards and protocols. You will ensure that treatments provided are of a consistently high standard, and that patients receive an exceptional level of customer service throughout their patient journey.

Managing P&L, you will assess revenues and performance and produce management reports, and you will use your commercial acumen to devise strategies to boost performance and profitability.

You will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, dealing with clinic suppliers and external agencies, ensuring that clinic records are maintained accurately, and managing customer issues efficiently and professionally.

You will be responsible for compliance and quality assurance, maintaining health and safety policies, and ensuring that the clinic meets CQC standards and company protocols.

You will stay ahead of industry trends, and will use your in-depth knowledge of the sector to ensure that the clinic’s strategies are in line with the latest market developments.

Skills and experience required

We are looking for a manager who can demonstrate their experience and skill in managing staff, customer service, and sales, gained within a private medical environment. You will need to be commercially astute, have good knowledge of the CQC framework and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.

You will:
  • Have experience of managing business operations in the private medical industry
  • Have experience of managing a team of clinicians and administrative staff
  • Have a successful track record in coaching a team to achieve targets
  • Understand the importance of impeccable customer service
  • Be a creative thinker, and an excellent communicator
