Aesthetic Clinic Assistant (nurse or aesthetician)
Our client, an exclusive luxury clinic offering a range of facial aesthetic treatments delivered by doctors only, is now looking for a Clinic Assistant to join the team.
Your role
You will support the clinical operations manager with patient care and clinic maintenance, to ensure that an impeccable service is provided at all times.
You will assist the doctors with procedures and patient care. You will also complete clinical administration, recording treatment information and completing documentation.
You will help to ensure that the patient journey is flawless and appointments run smoothly. You will provide a warm welcome to guests, complete pre-treatment screening, and accompany each patient throughout their treatment plan.
You will use your knowledge of best practice to ensure compliance with company protocols and CQC guidelines, working with your colleagues to maintain standards and improve procedures where necessary. You will maintain treatment rooms, and monitor supplies and equipment.
Skills and experience required
You will have recent experience of working in a similar role, providing first-class patient care in a private clinical setting, as an aesthetic therapist, nurse, or doctor's medical assistant.
You will deal directly with patients and work in a small team of experienced medical professionals, so you will also need to have excellent customer service and communication skills, and be a confident and proactive team-player.
